Kara Miso Buta-Yaki (featured) begins with flavourful cuts of premium strips of beef dripped onto rice to form our beef fat rice. Followed by Kurobuta Pork Belly that is marinated in house with herbs and spice and topped off with a well seasoned Onsen egg yolk, onions, Tongarashi and spring onions.
